I am so excited!
Manifesting the changes we want in our life is a process of learning how to be clear about our intentions and desires.
I find keeping a journal helps me to see my thoughts in black and white, then I re-read what I have written and find the lessons I need at the time. The more we practise this part - also known as reflection - the more we start to recognise how changes show up in real life. The changes are subtle sometimes.. and often fall naturally into place of our everyday life...into conversations we overhear, floating via a memory from our past, while drinking a cup of coffee or simply watching children at play. There is no rule for this.
Recently, I worked with an individual who desired to increase her income and also wanted to a change of career. In the current climate, there was at the back of her mind the fear of not finding a better employment. After nearly 3 months, an opportunity has presented itself. The funny thing is, where she had slight confusion regarding her hourly rate and the amount she wanted to earn per day, the Universe somehow orchestrated events to present her with both opportunites in an unique blend!

The process of being clear about "intention" is important because it is aligned our "feelings".
Being "present" in the moment helps us step by step to become clear about intentions, no matter what we are doing at the time - even when we are standing still- be present with feelings.
