Beliefs are responsible for life experiences

They are generalizations about life experiences, which go on to form the basis of behaviour. Beliefs can be powerful – they may lead to health, wealth and happiness, or poor health, poverty and misery. Smart people know how to use one empowering belief to develop another belief for the next level of achievement. On the other hand, some beliefs are disempowering - the latter opening up possibilities to be impacted by others' beliefs (your boss, family, friends or teachers) who may have preconceptions and consequently place false limitations.

 

Explore opportunities for personal development - an experiential workshop

Denial is hard to recognize, and people stay in denial as long as a need for change is not felt. Coaching is a process that helps discover the changeable aspects of life. Once denial is recognised, a desire for change becomes a natural step and, where it is felt that there may be too many options and choices for the individual to consider, a life coach can serve as the trusted confidante preparing you for the next phase.

Your plan of action includes a goal, the catalyst for change as your support. Coaching helps explore options, and ensures that you have everything necessary to achieve your goal. Your new found strength is the primary catalyst for change. It helps appreciate the benefits of undergoing the transformation. As you move towards your goal, your will-power increases and coaching also helps maintain and renew the promise to change.

Energy release, healing, forgiveness and love are four components of unblocking energy. When all four elements are present, wounds from the past can be permanently transformed and healed. Releasing energy serves to unblock emotion that has locked the pattern of behaviour. Evocation of fear, empathy and pity serve to purify emotions and transform impressions and past memories.

Anger, dancing, kicking, laughter, punching, pushing, rage, singing, screaming and tears are some examples of the way energy is released followed by the healing that takes place.

Forgiveness or reconciliation helps erase emotional debt. Reconnection is the final phase of the cycle where you reconnect with yourself. New choices are about progression from hurt to healing, by releasing the past from the emotional reservoir and coaching integrates this part of self-development.

 

Life coaching workshop - Agenda 4 Change

Coaches help find new ways for wellbeing. Coaches understand that change requires effort, and choosing methods may involve trial and error. Setbacks and relapses are not disastrous when thought of in advance. Examples of common personal setbacks include body image, business progress, career change, emotions, emotional abuse, food habits, lack of self- love or respect, low self-esteem, relationships, self confidence.

Learn how to reclaim your energy for life; be realistic, stop holding yourself back, not be a victim, be accountable for your actions. The workshop is an opportunity to create change - to overcome fear, address personal setbacks or blocks, and take action for accomplishing goals - through discussion, selection, revision and decision. You will understand that some actions may derail goals, achieving the best may require preparation, practice and experimentation, and there may be surprises along the way. You will also discover the physiological benefits of exercises and mind-power. You will learn how to use creative visualization, and meditation to create a new plan for moving forward.
